Work Experience:

Worked as a Graduate Engineer for Police Housing Corporation Ltd., at Peddapuram, E.G.Dt , A.P., during the year 1992.

Worked for Contractor as a Site Engineer, and Supervised Construction of TTD Kalyanamandapam at Peddapuram during the year 1993.

Joined S.V.Consultants in the year 1994 and is associated with them till date. In this continuing tenure of about Nine years, has been involved in handling Structural Design and Technical Supervision for following projects:

1. VST Natural Products Ltd: This project consisted preparation of bid design and estimation and finalizing the designs for execution. Around 200 drawings were prepared based on planning and design of the processing & packing units and administrative buildings of this individual projects.

2. Maharshi inistitute of Management: This project was worth two crores. It was an institute building with a built-up area of 840 sq. Mts. Multi story RCC frame was the type of structure. It involved preparation of about 50 structural detail drawings. The project was executed in a span of six months. The major feature of this project was auditorium building whose roofing has grid slab with unsupported span of 15m casted at a height of 6.4 m. The other non structural components like campus roads, electrical, plumbing etc., were also dealt.

3. Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board ( AP Transco & AP Genco): Governing authority for electricity generation & distribution in the state of A.P was constantly engaging the firm for design checking of Transmission line towers for range of 132 KV to 220 KV. An existing 132 KV line was thoroughly checked utilizing the in house-built software and rehabilitation measures were given for insufficiencies. The major tower suppliers to APSEB like Bhanu Construction Ltd., also utilized the services of firm for 400KV line consisting of 130 towers for consultancy and tender preparation work. They stood lowest in the bid and were awarded the work.

4. Andhra Pradesh Health & Medical Housing Infrastructure Corporation Ltd: Total handling of ten hospital projects right from Architectural planning, Estimating, Costing, Tender preparation, Structural Design and Detailing. Official visits were made to sites to coordinate with the activities there.
The project spanned for twelve months. All the above were carried out with quality and speed after processing necessary approvals from concerned authorities for medical health infrastructure corporation.

5. Goutami Power Ltd : A Prestigious power project for producing electricity-using naphtha. The requirement of the client was accurate report on site conditions, contours, soil condition, and suitability for plant location & its components. Extensive work was done and convincing proposals were made to suit the requirement of the client. The firm got good acclaim for the quality produced in this work

6. Manjeera Estates Pvt Ltd.: A multi storyed commercial complex with plinth area of about 4000Sqm. The construction consists of RCC flat slab in major portion and balance conventional frame and grid. This is a ten-story building, with structural design & details developed based on architectural planning done by client.

7. Palmtech India limited: is a oil plant at Peddapuram consists of steel and RCC structures in which iam involved in structural designs.

8. Nagarjuna Agro-Tech Limited: which is of complete Steel Structure at Kakinada in which I am mainly involved in all the activities i.e. Designs, Planning, Execution and Billing.

9. GVK Mall – Commercial Mall plus Multi plex Project of 11 (eleven) storyed i.e 5 Cellars + 6 upper floors located at Hyderabad Telangana, which is a prestigious to Hyderabad. I was involved in Designs of RCC Structures having many typical components.

10. Snow world – is one of the Prestigious Emusement park at Hyderabas which has both RCC and Structural Designs.

11. Saketh India pvt ltd – is a construction company for Saketh Township where I am involved mainly coordination for delivering designs and drawings in time to client. Apart from township buildings I have involve in Saketh Sreyam of 25 storied residential tower and other some more residential complexes.

12. Tech Mahindra ( Formerly M/S Satyam) : is a soft ware company where I have involved in structural design and co ordination of IT buildings of M/S Tech Mahindra.

13. Manjeera Estates Pvt Ltd.: A multi storyed residential complex with Two cellars plus 11 upper floors of 11 number of Towers consisting of club House. The construction consists of RCC conventional frame and grid. This is a Elevan-story building, with structural design & details developed based on architectural planning done by client.

14. Kakinda JNTU : An Indoor stadium of 15 M span along with Mezznine floors consists of rooms for players.

15. Saketh India Pvt Ltd: Two Cellars + 14 upper floors plus commercial building. The building is combination of Post Tensioning, Conventional and Structural steel located at Banglore.

16. Involved in design development and approvals from IITH Of Runways & Buildings at Arunachal Pradesh for CCENEP (Defence).
